Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I paid for ins. through extra space storage. My property was stolen and all I've been given is a number to contact, and they have not a truthful word One in phone call I've made to them. The calls JJ to them begin every call with words like unfortunately or I'm sorry everything they say is we don't know at that point I ask why I haven't had a phone call return. Resolution Sought Close there business down.

I was FORCED to utilize this non-Accredited business via ExtraSpace Storage. Had Storage w/ExtraSpace for over 3 yrs. The site where my things were stored had a PEST issue & the pest destroyed some of my belongings. Filed a claim & their adjuster, Brett Rich, ignores my phone calls. I am ex-military & in all the yrs my things have been in storage NEVER have I had to make a claim & this substandard company refuses to pay out. After seeing the reviews, I have no idea why this company is still in business. Resolution Sought Pay MY CLAIM; that I paid to insure my belongings. Train your adjusters better b/c Brett Rich is lacking in customer service & it's apparent this company doesn't have standards or accountability for its adjusters/employees,
