Do not use this company for any reason, if you try to cancel reservation, you out of luck, NO REFUND, NO REFUND,

Made reservation for a car, I canceled the reservation, supposed to have refund in 7 days. It's been almost 2 months. Do not do anything with this company, you will not get a refund... Think twice, don't do it..

Refund Dispute

I had a dispute with Expedia on a payment for a hotel reservation. I had to cancel due to work and eventually covid 19 pandemic, insurance was paid on this reservation, however Expedia didn't honor the insurance. With the help of Business Consumer Alliance, Expedia honored the insurance and has agreed to refund me the monies paid. Now I feel comfortable continuing to make hotel and flights through Expedia, because before this incident they were always my first go to for travel arrangements.
