Make it known they are very unprofessional and rude to people seeking work.

I was contacted by Express for a job I applied to online. They asked me to come in because my resume I sent them looked like a great match for the job. They said it would take 1 1/2 hrs. While I was in there their computer system went down and I couldn't fill out the application. So I sat in waiting room for another 30 mins until the receptionist reminded them I was there. I don't know her name, but it was Spanish girl with long dark hair in a pony tail. She had an attitude the minute she called me back there, and one led to another and she got smart and said "I have a job you don't" Then she asked me to prove I was an American citizen. Then she said do we want just end this interview. They were very rude and treated everyone terrible.
