AWESOME.

Ed Akel is like no other business owner you will ever come across. My air conditioner would not work properly on Saturday (one of the hottest days in El Cajon in years. I called and they were at my home within 3 hours. They looked over the unit did some cleaning, tried all the vents to see that they were working properly and were ready to go. No service, no repair fee and he wouldn't even let me tip either of them. They only wanted an honest evaluation of their company. All I can say is AWESOME. My unit went out in the worst possible time. I called around and had a few estimates that were unreal, I decided to go for another estimate and what a blessing it was to have EZ Breezy come out to my house and give me an estimate. Ed came out within 2 hours, he took care of the issue right away which was not at all what the other companies said it was. Ed saved us thousands of dollars. Ed you and your company have our loyalty forever. People do not waste your time on other companies call and ask for Ed. Ed came out, was polite professional diagnosed the problem and did not try to take advantage of the situation that we were in. The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely nice and also very professional cannot say enough about this company, if I could give them more stars, they would definitely get them.
