Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A hacker gained access to my personal page linked an inappropriate instagram and locked me out of my business account. Causing me distress and a loss of funds. Resolution Sought Unlock my account and remove this hacker from my account so I can gain access back to my business page.

Every two years Facebook disables my accounts. I can't log into my accounts I can't send messages on messenger. I want compensation for continually losing my accounts especially becuase they are sold to let me download account data such they haven't let me do on either of the 6 accounts that have been removed and locked. I am not fond of having to make a new Facebook every two years or so and I am not happy about always losing my contacts. Resolution Sought I want Facebook to give me $100 for every account of mine that they have locked me out of as well as let others use. As a few times my secondary account had been active without my logging into it.
