She was Extremely Rude, Verbally Abusive fir absolutely no reason at all to us.

On January 14, 2023 on a Saturday evening around 730 to 8pm a friend and myself was at Family Dollar to purchase dish liquid. We had completed purchase without dish liquid because discount didn't show on family dollar app and went back of store to get the liquid an clear up the app coupon vs regular sale on strip. We asked an elderly woman that worked there she said good question she will get someone who wull know and we said ok. A lady came over to us and immediately with an Attitude said 'didn't you already completed your purchase" very sarcastically, so we looked at each other like huhn what was that all about? But we just went on asking about an item and then got verbally abusively starring at me saying ok ehat fi you want? Tell me what? Loud and ripping the sales strip label clean off the shelf and crumbling it up it in her hand Very Angrily and told me to Get the "F" out of her store" now and i was appalled and I said still nicely, you causing all of this over a store product question. She became worse and now getting Louder and yelling repeating "i said get the "F" out of my store now or I'll call the P so as we walking slowly to the front i asked the older lady you guys just going to ket her speak that way to her customers and you know i was very nice to you both and the elderly lady seemed scared and intimidated by her as if she has done this before and telling me please just leave because she will call the Police" and said for what? Asking about a store item Disciplinary Action must be taken immediately on store Manager Madeline she wouldn't give her last name. She was Extremely Rude, Verbally Abusive fir absolutely no reason at all to us. It was Embarrassing and hurtful and ashamed to know she is able to still be at this position ir even at this store with that Kind of Attitude!!

Those two guys should be terminated because the store was in complete mess, & were behind the counter watching movies.

I drove up to the store about 9:30 and the sign said that they were open until 10:00 pm but the in door was locked, so I tried the out door which was open. I walked in and there were two gentlemen behind the counter, one was counting the drawer down and the other guy was watching a comedy show on his apple pad, no hello or kiss my butt, nothing. I wanted some sugar free gum which is on the counter in front of the cashier with the till. He told me that the other guy was going to ring me up, and I said ok. Still looking at the gum, the till guy said in a hesitant voice saying the other guy would ring me up. I said, What I can't get any gum. I asked him if he had any sugar free gum and he told me that the other guy is who I needed to talk too. Again, no good bye's or nothing. I felt that they both treated me like some kind of dog or something. I will never go into that store any more when they are working. My friends will not shop there anymore, so they said.
