Emergency room visit last year

I visited the er last year with severe lower back pain I waited approximately 30 mins. The doctor took X-rays and I was told it was a back spasm, I was told to take ibuprofen and rest, so I waited about three weeks and it wasn't getting any better so I went to my doctor she took X-rays and I actually had a fracture of my lower spine, this to me is absolutely unacceptable! If not for there misdiagnosis I could have gotten the proper care! I do not recommend this hospital to anyone! Worst experience ever!

The company, FamilyCord, provides cord blood and cord tissue processing and storage for clients. The company does not provide any healthcare services and does not own or operate any hospitals or emergency rooms.
