We canceled our coverage with Farmer's via text, as is customary due to COVID restrictions. Agent Marta Montellano, claimed that the cancellation never took place. She then proceeded to threaten my mom by sending her to a collection's agency.

I would like them to stop harassing me and my clients.

Hi, I'm complaining against Michael Carey a Farmers Insurance agent. I am opening my first business and almost the entire time he has been causing trouble. For example, a client of mine came by during construction and he tried to persuade her to squeeze into a small space to spy through a hole in the wall to see if I was there. That client no longer comes to me. He's called the city on several occasions to make complaints about permit, licenses, complains that we are doing construction wrong, anything to delay this process. I've recently noticed he has put cameras up facing a common area door that I have to enter and exit. This has caused me so much anxiety and stress. I would leave but I've invested everything into this. I just want to be a productive person ! I would like them to stop harassing me and my clients. I would like him to worry about himself and not me or my business. I would think his behavior along should put his license in question. HELP!
