They need better people with better work ethics

I called for a cab in the dispatcher wouldn't send me a cab. He told me he's never send me a cab to my house again and I'm trying to understand why he won't give me a reason why I don't understand this cab company

The lady who answered the phone is very rude!

I called for a cab and was asked what county and city. So I gave the information and was told by the representative "have a nice day". The phone hung up and I assumed maybe she didn't hear me. So I called several more times...this time the phone was answered but no one said anything. I then called again and someone answered. She said and i quote, "ma'am your not getting a ride so stop calling." She then hung up in my face again. I called again, and asked to speak with the supervisor which was the lady who answered the phone the last 2 times I called. I proceeded to tell her about the employee and learned when she cut me off and told me I was wrong, I realized she was the employee I was trying to report. She then began yelling at me, so I corrected her and asked for her name in which she refused. She then called me names and told me I could call god. How rude!!!!I then gave her a piece of my mind and told her I would find a way to report her.
