Poor customer service!!

I called their 1-800-874-4723 and an employee asked personal info which I gave and now my checking account started getting charges against it and my bank card was cancelled to get a new one and now I am putting a freeze on my credit because someone has my personal info and is trying to get credit cards in my name. Something to be done about this employee that works for Fed Ex.

First of all my package was late then it was delivered to who knows. It appeared that no one really cared. Just shrugging shoulders. Sending me here and there. A 32 inch tv left at a door with not obtaining confirmation. So needless to say my 85 year old mother did not receive her birthday gift from her daughter me. So discussed with them will never refer them. I honestly believe my mother should be compensate for the inconvenience and stress of the situation. And not receiving her order also the item is no longer available.
