DO BETTER!!!!
I have ordered 3 separate occasions where fed ex delivered and EVERY single time it's just been thrown in the yard on the ground. Whoever is delivering for fed ex in my area does not even have common sense that when u see THREE big dogs and 1 little pup in the yard I would look and at least put it in a bag hang it in the tree put it on top of another vehicle. Or is this fed ex's requirements. This time my dogs chewed the package up and I am very upset my mail man UPS driver will hang it on the fence post or put it on top of the post or somewhere safe. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but do your job and take some pride instead of being lazy and sorry! I live paycheck to paycheck so trying to save money by ordering online and end up wasting money is not an option for me. Please address this issue and DO BETTER that's it… take some pride would u want some on me throwing your stuff in the yard to get tore up???

Refused to help with lost or stolen package
Fedex needs to do a better job in regards to delivering an actual package to the receiver. A package didn't need a signature but seem to get a signature from someone random and then documented on the kiosk that I signed for it which I did not send stated to me that I am unable to claim a lost or stolen package but the business, which is the shipper needs to do so which they were on capable of doing and Fedex told me I am on capable of doing anything, then proceeded to tell me that there's nothing that they can do for me yet I have never received a package that they cleaned in. Their kiosk was delivered and signed or by who I don't know they failed to show me proof of signature , they failed to work with me being that I was not the shipper and Best Buy was I have been going back-and-forth with them for two months in regards to an order that I never received that was worth almost $600 and I'm being told there's nothing that they can do every time I put a claim in it's closed and I'm told that I can do that but the shipper needs to understandable, but nobody was willing to contact the shit for which is Best Buy to resolve the issue to get my money back. I'm told by Fedex that if a signature is not required, they still get a signature which is not true. FedEx tends to leave packages in a lobby and an apartment building for anybody to grab and then ring the doorbell downstairs and then tends to deliver a bunch of packages throughout the whole entire building, and just leaves it at the front door. Nobody signs for anything, and then they claimed that they have a signature. Meanwhile, the person who is delivering the package is typing name of the reviver in there machine and just putting a scribble line through their machine and then I'm stated that it's my signature which is not mine. And then just left in a lobby for anybody to grab. I live in Manhattan where nobody can still bring a doorbell and actually wait for the receiver to open the door. Instead they drop it off and think it is ok. Then when stuff is lost or stolen I'm told they can't do nothing for me. Best Buy used FedEx to deliver my package and yet FedEx won't help me with claim and Best Buy is no better they both are pointing fingers to eachother to do a job that both are dating they can't go and meanwhile I'm I. The middle of them Both and I as the receiver can't put in claim nore make anyone do ethers actual job. I'm disgusted with the lack of help from both companies and still fighting to get replacement refund ir credit thst no one is helping me to get. For two months I been told not to worry yet I'm stuck with a bill from an order thst I never received. They seem to work together but failed to contact shipper on my behalf seeming that they won't do what FedEx is stating and FedEx is not doing eggs best buy is stating yet I'm in the middle and still have no package and now being told it's been so long FedEx can't do nothing but I been in contact since they stated it was delivered
