I was told I would receive a guaranteed minimum of 5% interest after 3 years. This is not true, I have lost money

Avoid this company!!!! I have actually lost $4000 on a $20,000 annuity. I was told and reading the fine print, guaranteed 5% minimum a year after 3 years - They lie - When I signed up I was told to take my money out was a loss of $1500 which I have in writing. I am actually losing money and they jacked up the surrender fee to $4000. I will be forwarding this information to FINRA and SEC as well as the Florida AG for fraud.

Customer Service

Have a had a annuity account for many years. Called to with drawl money from the annuity and was directed to the call center. Gave them my account number and not knowing was direct to the Life Insurance Group. They sent a form that was wrong and had to call back to find out that I needed to be in the Annuity Group. Spoke with someone in the Annuity and was e mail the right form. Filled out form and faxed. No one called to say that they receive and I have called back 7 times and spoke to someone different each time. Specifically asked what is the status that would like to have the check ASAP and gave them my UPS Number. No calls back for an update and continue to call to get and update and a run around. Terrible customer focus and communication! Not treated like a valued customer. Call Representatives poorly trained and poor communication skills.!
