Kevin with Final Phase Construction has been doing work for me for the past few years. He redid my kitchen, 2 bathrooms completely remodeled, built cabinets for my home office, built fire place, painted living room, put up crown molding, changed windows, sliding glass door, etc. His projects are handled in a timely fashion and he makes himself very available and is also very accommodating. He was recommended by a designer that also works with him. He's very good, has a very good designer's eye. Always has good advice and his prices have always been reasonable, so it has allowed me to stay within my budget. Also, the sub-contractors he's used have been mannerly bunched. I have recommended him to other tenants within our home association and also to family.

He did work for me around Sept/Oct 2018. I wanted to expand a room in my home and he did a great job. He's very professional. Even after the work, I noticed some cracking, I called him and he was out within the week and repaired it. He guarantees his work and stands behind it 100%. I'm currently waiting to hear from him on a different project that we have pending. I liked his work that much that I definitely re-hired him. He's very easy to talk to. He under-bitted every other contractor, he's very professional and always calls if he's running behind schedule. Also, have referred to him to others. I definitely want to get the word out for the good service he's provided.
