Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Keith Gibson did an excellent job.

They did a very good job. I was really pleased with the results. They were recommended to me by a family member who was using their services. They helped us both recover unclaimed insurance money from our father. The process took about 4 months to complete. At the end it all worked out and we received our money. Keith Gibson did an excellent job.
