Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I give them an A+ for service and amazing seats for the NFR Rodeo

We saw their listing on Google, called First Choice and two other brokers who were in Vegas. By far, First Choice had the best selection of seats and they were patient with us. Also they had them in hand ready to go (it was the end of October, so seats were finally out) unlike most of the others we called. Price they quoted us was the price we paid, which I have noticed is rare with tickets with all the fees tacked on at the end. We spoke with Terri, she was great and guided us to seats were we could see both sides of the venue. We loved the event and were very happy with First Choice Tickets!
