They gave the entirety of the security deposit to my roommate, despite us being joint on the lease and and paying separately. After this, they have failed to respond to my emails or phone calls. Resolution Sought They need to give me my security deposit.

We have searched all records for the name of the complainant and are unable to identify any tenancy with our company. Please provide property address and unit number as if this is a property that is no longer managed, we may need to pull pull old records outside of current operating system. As for leases with multiple occupants, deposit refunds are typically sent to one occupant and details between roommates are often unknown. We look forward to getting more details so we can assist if necessary.
