Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Poor quality of work and customer service. The windows were left with water spots and streaks. The window seals were left with puddles of dirty water, screens were dropped from the 2nd floor damaging the screen not allowing it to fit properly back into the frame. I have windows that tilt to the inside for ease of cleaning. The window washers sprayed the windows from the outside, forcing dirty puddling to the inside. I asked the cleaners repeated to clean up the overflow, they told me they did when they had not. I absolutely would not recommend this company to clean windows based on past performance. Please be sure this posting appears on the BCA site. I do not want any further communications with this company, so I do not want anything from them.
