Florida Beach Coast complaints

We found a house on trulia it sent us to FBC website we paid 68$ per adult for the app x2 we paid move in few and covid fee we paid first month and last month rent a total of 3,100.00. we had signed a lease we had move in date of nov 4 2021 came to FL a month early for work went to the house to see area and it was run down and horrible not to mention there was a family living there they told us it was empty and that it was being fixed so we spoke to someone who lived there she said she was sewing them and we are not the first family to come there thinking they were renting. FBC has now blocked me from the portal for tents and blocked my calls from 3 diff phone numbers no emails no calls no refund no answer has to why or where my money is .. no response when i do get in touch with them they would find a reason to not answer questions and tell me they were working on kicking who was there out then today 10/5/21 they relisted the home on terry ave in lakeland fl i have a lease and have paid them 3,100.00 how is it possible !!!i researched more and found that they have been scamming people right and left. I have reached out to local news and proper outlets. They have 17 LLC's that are all running simlair with FBC. They have fake numbers and when you find a new one they block you. Stay away from Florida Beach Coast rentals. SCAM don't fall for it like we did we drove 18 hours only to be scammed our family is now fighting to get our 3,100.00 back. Resolution Sought I want a refund in full of 3,100.00 I want the 68$ x2. I want a physical phone call back. I want access to the tent portal given back seeing you have taken all my money and have all personal info. I want justice i want you shut down. I WANT MY $$$$$$ not to mention your address is a closed po box in the middle of no where and BMS Holding LLC is also FBC not to mention you and your lawyer John Morey on orange ave have the same address how can you and your defense lawyer have same addy

This Company is a scam. The address listed is the address to a postal office and the only affiliation they have with the company is a sole P.O. Box. The employees are extremely unprofessional and once they have your deposit they no longer communicate with you. I didn't get a chance to sign my lease or move in because the lease was written incorrectly. Thank heavens I did not give them the entire $3,600 for the property in question. I honestly dont understand how these people sleep at night, knowing they are taking money from low income families. They charge ridiculous fees and fines that are never disclosed until they are due and they lie about future costs of service. I asked them before I sent them anything was pest control included with the property and I was told that it did come with the property, yet in my lease there was an additional $150 for pest control services. Now no one is answering my phone calls and my lease is supposed to be signed by the 4th. Resolution Sought Refund my money or get me a proper lease.
