Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Excellent efficient tree care team!

The flying squirrel tree care team came out yesterday and today and removed 3 really big trees, A few smaller trees, and trimmed up many droopy trees. The heat and drought has not helped my trees this year. Two Leilani cypress were just old.... 30+ years and were diseased. My giant Eucalyptus Was a fire starter waiting to happen... they are gone. Some of my other mature trees just needed pruning and lower branches Removed as per the suggestion of Cal Fire. This team of men were incredible from start to finish. The owner, Rick Dusio, called me back and was out to give me an estimate within 24 hours of my initial Call, and had a written estimate that same day. The workers were obviously used to working as a team and were Fascinatingly efficient. They arrived early and worked fast . They chipped and cleaned up everything around their Work. This company is A+ !!
