I always have a bad experience with head such as manager supervisor the one supposed to be teaching the employees about customer service.

Well where do I start I've been coming to the store for about 6 years now. I always have a bad experience with head such as manager supervisor the one supposed to be teaching the employees about customer service. July 20th 2018 I went into the Food 4 Less Market on Slauson Avenue in Los Angeles around 11 a.m. the manager that was on staff name Eureka something that name was very rude to the customers leaving the register multiple times and not even saying excuse me I'll be right back or nothing. She went all the way outside and you can't report it because it's her I've experienced rudeness mostly with other customers not too much myself but because of that I did find there's another Food 4 Less near me couple of miles farther but customer service is very nice and friendly something should be done about those managers over at that Food 4 Less is horrible and no one knows unless you experience it she was working around 11 a.m. on the 20th of July black lady ponytail about 200 lb about 5'10 and I'm sure this may not even get anywhere but if someone see it please do something about it.. concerned customer.
