Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I enrolled in the program in January 2023, I opted out on September 12th, 2023. I paid them $2,688, they settled with 1 company in June 2023, payments were $185. They pd $555 total. They took $143 a month for fees, total $429, they took $9.95 monthly $89.55 .that is $1,073.55. Freedom Debt relief is claiming that I have no refunds. I believe that I should have $1,614.55 refunded to me. They are claiming that it is for fees and settlements, they paid $555, in settlements. So they get to take 300 commission? Resolution Sought Give me back $1,614.45.

I enrolled in a debt relief program with the expectations of having all bills paid and this was not the case at all. Freedom Debt Relief/Turnball law group drafted a total of $445.00 between April and May 2023. Only 1 creditor was paid $110.00 and when I canceled the program on 6/23/23 I was advised the account has a zero balance. How could this be if the 17 other bills in the program were not paid and only $110.00 was paid to 1 creditor there should be a refund of at least $335.00. The first customer service representative I spoke with when I called to cancel explained how the program works and said to have patience and was cutting me off during the conversation rebutted everything I said until finally I said very firmly let me speak with her Supervisor. My concern is my credit score has dropped 100 points in 2 months and I get calls from creditors every day of the week all day long. Most creditors were current when I enrolled in the program I was struggling to pay my regularly monthly bills and some back bills and thought this program would help with some relief but it was not the case. The company took my money did not pay my creditors as promised and didn't refund me my money they just said the account was at a zero balance . Don't do business with these companies they are a complete ripoff. Resolution Sought Refund my $335.00
