No Sense of Customer service.....

I had been trying to get a hold of my Rep for almost 2 weeks to cancel my contract, since I found a LOWER payment with another Debt relief agency -, with a payment of almost $200 per month LESS THAN what Freedom Debt Relief could give me. The rep Ms. Terra Ray, has her Voice Mail deliberately full, so that no one can leave a message, and she doesn't want or need to service her customers.
Ms. Terra Only responded after I contacted her assistant, Ms. Ciara Gobel, and neither of them were of much use, even after they told me that my account will be cancelled, and there will be no withdrawals. I had to call their Customer Service Dept. the next day, since I didn't get any confirmation from either of them via email about my account cancellation.
I called back on Friday 12/16/16, since they had withdrawn $494.00 from my bank account, and a Rep by the name of Nick picked up the phone, and told me a lie that they didn't have a Customer Service Dept., and hung up the phone on me. I looked at my emails from Ms. Terra, and fortunately, she had provided the Customer Service phone number in that email, so I called them, and got everything cancelled - overall a very BAD Experience in getting things accomplished and DONE with these people.
Here's where the problem lies - Freedom Debt Relief knows that people and/or consumers who are in trouble with debt, need and want Solutions NOW, so Most Likely they're not going to be shopping around. So even though they're providing a good service, it's IMPORTANT to Note that their prices are going to be Generally HIGHER, and their service almost Non-existent. All that does is more commissions for the Sales Reps and more profits in the pockets of the owners or stockholders - which wouldn't be Bad, IF there was great service to go along with. This Corporation is a classic case of Hit-n-Run, which is giving Corporate America a bad name. It's NO WONDER that most Big Companies are going overseas to set up customer service Depts., so as to provide better service to US customers, and decrease costs....
