To inform others of this horrible company.

My husband ordered flowers for me on Valentine's Day. We received a short and very rude email from FTD stating that the florist ran out of flowers in our area. I am so angry because it's Valentine's Day and I am sitting alone without the flowers. This is horrible service and we will never use them again!! EVER!
