Unable to uninstall completely on Windows 10

On Windows 10, no uninstaller for G5 Launcher and all the files that remain on my PC.

Poor user support

I've been playing games on this platform for years. They've always had issues with updates and I have serious questions about their testing and rollout protocols. Things seem to be getting worse. One game has not been updated in 9 months, they simply set it to repeat existing timed events. Another game was updated 3 days ago. My tablet says a manual update is required. I navigate in the Appstore to the appropriate place, hit the update button and nothing. I reported the issue, including all the steps I took along with my attempts to resolve the issue. I indicated that I had insured my system was up-to-date, cleared cache from the Appstore and all g5 games, rebooted my tablet etc... The response? They told me how to navigate to the same update button that was not working. I am guessing that they don't read the tickets but instead send automated responses based on content. I updated the ticket - no help. These games are fun if you aren't competitive and don't mind incomplete events and don't care if you can help friends. If any of these matter find a different platform or prepare to be frustrated.
