Ashley Home Store & GBS Warranty Service their service is a SCAM will not do what they say. (0) STAR Companies.

ONE (1) STAR For both Companies. We purchased $12,983.92 dollars worth of Various Furniture from Ashley Home Store in Inverness Florida and purchased a Warranty contract for five (5) years from GBS Warranty Service in the amount of $799.00 , on March 3, 2020 because one of the power Recliner/ADJ headrest because the leather on one of the chairs was cracking . Ashley advised that was not their problem it was over a year old and that was as long as they covered it. we contacted the warrant service company (GBS) and the claim was denied because they stated the warranty did not cove cracking of the material. since then the complete chair is cracking. no one will cover the problem Not Ashley or GBS. make sure your WARRANT covers everything. Be careful from who you purchase you furniture from. all the other furniture is good only the one chair is bad. I will give both of them one (1) star.

I bought a 5 year warranty at Haynes furniture/dump in Atlanta ga when I bought a set of furniture. The couch had stains starting to appear. I was asked when stains started appearing. Was it 6 months ago I said maybe first one. They said they only cover 30 day stains … so I then I asked them to cover those. They said too late! They notated their records and if I had another cleaning service they referred clean the oldest one they would consider a new claim. I called the company with the "special discount" they offered and was told $250 to come out and try. My contract -2 documents brochure plus warranty certificate -says Nothing about 30 day time frame. I feel like they tricked me into saying something to invalidate claim
