I bought a GE oven in Feb 2021, and it did not function well in a couple of ways. I first contacted GE in April 2021 or even earlier. Technicians were sent about 4 times, and other issues were resolved except that the oven bulb constantly goes off while the oven is working. GE denied my request of a refund even though the unit was in warranty, but it promised for an upgrade at a discounted price. Then I picked a better model (PSS93YPFS). Due to the unavailability and GE Consumer Relations' unresponsiveness (usually I had to write 5-6 email messages to receive one response and they NEVER kept their promises to call me or contact me), it has been almost a year since we agreed upon an upgrade replacement. In July, they offered a discounted price of 1599.33, and two days ago, a new price of 1008.42 was offered. We were about to get this done. However, today, when I was ready to pay via the phone, GE Consumer Relations told me the numbers were calculated wrong, and I need to pay 2240 something. The price of this model is listed 2221 on the GE website. Their "discounted" offer is higher than the list price. But, I was told 2240 is the price Consumer Relations can offer. Or, I can purchase online on my own. I have NEVER encountered any customer service departments like GE's. I cannot find their supervisor to complain. For a year now, I still have to deal with the dysfunctional oven and incompetent customer service. My case number with GE is 08128302. Resolution Sought 1. Get a full refund. (I prefer this because I have zero confidence in GE any more) Or 2. Get a replacement for a reasonable, genuinely discounted price.

I purchased a stove from Ge after a service tech examining my current stove said I needed a new one , I used all information he provided. I purchased the stove, installation and removal. The delivery day came and the delivery guys came and said they just dropped off , no install or take away. I CONTACTED LOWES WHO SELLS GE AND THEY SAID IT WAS A CORPORATE store call them, after finally. Getting their numbers was on hold two days(literally) never spoke to a soul, can't get new stove installed. If they won't install it then refund my money and I will buy somewhere else that actually cares. Horrible company at this rate I would say buy anywhere other than ge Resolution Sought Either install it Pronto or I'll leave it in my back yard and they have 30 days to heal it away then it goes to the junk yard and give me a refund for fraud in the inducement, fraud in the act etc.
