Can I give ZERO stars??

They suck! I placed an order in December, had to replace the order on Dec 12th ... it has not been received EVER, nor have I been refunded! All my requests for updates have ever received has been EXCUSES ... I'm beginning to think they are not legitimately a US company, and need to be reported as fraudulent!  Sent from my Galaxy
