claim denied because of "uncertain prognosis" for a root canal

Denial of claims for a root canal due to "uncertain prognosis". If uncertain prognosis is a criterion than all claims in dental and medical care will be denied. Shameful! I will fight this in court if GEHA does not reverse its decision.

Individual pays total amount of Dental procedures for out of network Dentists

When I first used GEHA with my Dentist I was told that I had to pay the total amount up front and then a claim woud be filed for the procedure. I had to wait two months before receiving a check for 25% of the procedure cost. Second time I used the GEHA was for an adjustment on my lower implants. I had to pay 100% of the cost. Nowhere in all of their advertisemsnts do they explain the payment requriements. Won't stay with this company.
