This company is a non profit organization that helped a homeowner, afford to replace the flooring, footings, and pillars in three rooms of her house. The contractor that I sub for, Mr. Pagan, negotiated half the payment up front for additional tools and labor costs. I agreed to wait for my $1,000 to be paid after job completion. We had to use our own money for unforeseen material costs. Which we did willingly, knowing homeowner had more work for us. Pastor Dawn Gibson of Pelatah Ministries runs Genesis 457 at 252-633-1624. I made several attempts to collect final payment from both parties since Mr Pagan and I are negotiating a business partnership in the near future. He has also tries many times to contact them and they never answer our calls or txts. The job was completed on June 17th, 2019. Make the final payment to Mr Pagan, so he can compensation for my time, skills, and employees that I hired with understanding of them being paid at jobs end.
