This company is a non profit organization that helped a homeowner, afford to replace the flooring, footings, and pillars in three rooms of her house. The contractor that I sub for, Mr. Pagan, negotiated half the payment up front for additional tools and labor costs. I agreed to wait for my $1,000 to be paid after job completion.
