I paid my bill on time, but received a letter saying bill wasn't paid. When I called they said my bank blocked the payment, when I called the bank they have no record of it. They refuse to take the charge off even though they have been paid and there is no record of my bank blocking thy payment. Resolution Sought Take the 30 dollar charge off my account

I would like to report Georgia power for not allowing to pay my light bill in a timely matter. I am locked out of my account and Georgia Power is saying that they can not find my old or new mobile number in their system..,, I was also trying to make an extension for my light bill to be since I have been keeping my air condition and heat on Auto but for some reason my bill sky rocketed to $500, Their may be a criminal warrant put against some criminals that may be responsible for this. Her name is Kiya Jefferson boyfriend is Emanuel Mathis. Please have Georgia power to contact me me before the 29th of February because my bill will be due, I'm also going to use another electric provider in the future, because this is really unprofessional, I also have a special authentication code for my account and Georgia power is also hanging up when I use my social security number. Resolution Sought Allow me to pay my light bill in a timely matter.
