Worst Tulle quality ever

I have been buying from them for over a decade. Every year the quality of their products is declining exponentially. The tulle is by far the worse quality I have found from all vendors I am buying from right now. They always send colors that are not what they are supposed to be, I buy Fuschia pink and it comes in a differenc shade for every bolt, some light and some dark, nothing consistent. "Glitter" or glimmer tulle that has no glimmer, it is limp, wrinkled, messy, and turns into a horrible fluff ball every time I sew it to make tutus. It has cost me so much money trying to fix the tutus that come out horrible because of their tulle, and redoing so many of them with new tulle I have to go buy at Joann's or Hobby Lobby instead. I had contacted them previously about their quality issues, and got the rudest response : "Go buy at your local Joann's for high price". I placed my last order with them 2 months ago and will never order again, it is wasted money that I can never recover. Horrible quality and customer service.
