GlobalCashCard remote customer service remains deficient and exiguous, with unresponsive and impassive indifference.

It was the impetus and expeditious momentum of BCA, that provided and sparked the action from a third-party provider to resolve this in an express, efficient and competent manner.

My pay has been delayed.

My pay has been delayed and I was given a fake number for a CSR. When called, I get a recording that number has been disconnected. I was asked to submit copies of my drivers license and ss card. Which I did, twice, when I called back I talked to a csr that spoke very poor English and told me they have no number I can call and they have no record of my documents being submitted.
