You have to hold over 3 hours.

The company is stealing people money. When you call customer service to speak with someone, you have to hold over 3 hrs. Respond to customers and stop ignoring about their money

Resolved

Go bank did resolve my issue. It took them about a week which is an inconvenience to not have access to our funds. But they did resolve.
