Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Hired as a contractor. Unpaid work stolen.

Was hired as a contractor/consultant by Mr. R and Mr. P to develop GoldTrustFinancial.com and work with a marketing company to set up marketing pages and click reporting. Delivered multiple products and was not paid for them. Numerous emails and phone calls with no responses. Don’t trust this “business” who feeds off the fear of an economic collapse with your money.
