I have had the IRA for over 1 year. I am not happy with the appreciation of my coins during this time. I wanted to liquidate. Talked to Joni Anderson, she cannot give me amount that I would receive. Talked to J.D. He said that the coins had increased in value by $2 each. Why can't Goldco give me a amount that I would receive. They want me to sign the liquidation papers without knowing what I will receive. Resolution Sought I want my $23,000 back. This is all the money I have. Was told if I was not happy, Goldco would buy the coins back. I feel Goldco is not being honest with me. I have not even seen the coins. Strata trust is supposedly holding the coins not Goldco. I pay $175 a year. I was not informed of this, at the time of purchase. Can you please help me.
