Could not return damaged item
I ordered a range hood. After opening box, found item damaged.Contacted company by phone, had to insist on returning item because it was past the 30 day return policy. Not sure why they expected me to keep a damaged item.Golden Vantage finally agreed to accept the damaged item. Contacted via email, they promised to send return packet/postage. Never received it.When you call their support number it just rings/you get put on hold/ asked to leave a msg. No replies. Also, no replies via email.Would like to receive a non-damaged product.

I purchase a vent hood. When opened, I notice that the sleeve had a dent on it. I tried to notify the company, but had no luck. The first phone number just hangs up on you and the second number doesn't even work.
