Horrible property managers, slow service

I am a renter and have been amazed by the ineptitude of this property management company. Any landlord willing to hire them - beware. Slow response times, poor follow up. Terrible experience submitting any type of maintenance requests. I have had to submit several requests every time - and then they cancel requests so it looks like only one request was made.

Its safe to go ahead and apply!

So i will share my experience i found a beautiful apartment for rent i decided to go ahead and apply for it. I was very hesitant because i am a little scared with dealing with a property management and not the owner directly. I decided to move forward and apply, the property manager's name is Summer she did go out of her way to answer all my questions. She texted me late she was waiting for my husbands application and fee, we both paid. I was sketchy at first i kept calling Summer because i didn't see they ran my credit since i monitor it weekly. But turns out they DO RUN YOUR CREDIT I called her again she made me feel at ease after she emailed me the proof she ran it the same day i turned in my application!!! It wasn't a hard hit on my credit that is why it did not show. Which is a good thing means did not deduct a point from my fico score. Turns out i did get approved for the apartment and i am very happy thank you Summer!!
