Absurd charge for making a typo on the GreekBill website

I have paid my daughter's sorority bill through GreekBill.com for the last year, always on time. When I paid the last bill, I inadvertently made a typo when entering my bank's routing number (I transposed two numbers). I was then notified by GreekBill that due to a returned check, I was being charged $25. I called GreekBill customer service, and explained that this was an honest mistake (it wasn't insufficient funds, it was a typo), and that since I had paid all of my previous bills on time, could they provide a waiver of this fee as a courtesy. The customer service rep denied my request without giving any reason why. Great customer service.
