I had only one account with Groupon. I called and spoke with customer service who was really not helpful. I have not and never would have order an ongoing whatever from Groupon. Had I not checked my bank statement I would have not found these withdrawals. The last two transactions I had with groupon was fixing my cracked screen on Amsterdam Ave and the other was a small Samsonite suitcase that I had in my cart, didn't order but it appeared at my door. I checked and indeed groupon said I ordered it. I'm not sure what's going on but I'm done doing business with groupon forever.

I found an account under this email address xxx@gmail.com. Mr. Felix was a Groupon Selects member which provided great benefits including discounts on purchases and free shipping. Mr. Felix contacted our Customer Support team requesting to cancel that membership on February 23, 2021, and his membership was cancelled at that time. Thanks again for reaching out to Groupon.

I ordered 4 pairs of leggings, 2 beanie hats and a sweat suit and they preauthorized 2 charges to my account. One for around $135 and the other was the total amount of my order which was $113.31. That's the amount shown in my cart subtotal... after a few days both of the PREAUTHORIZED charges fell off and then 15 individual charges showed up totaling $261.90. Every time I reach out to customer service I chat then they say they have to get back with via email. They have responded but it's like someone different where I'm explaining the same thing over. Which in turn they tell they're PREAUTHORIZED charges not posted where I in turn tell them they are posted charges. I've spoken to my bank and since an investigation has to go, and they have no live customer reps due to Covid, Groupon for the moment has gotten away with it. And guess what! No items I ordered have arrived! I want my money back after sending bank stamens multiple times, I'm done playing Groundhog Day and repressing myself to 15 different agents. Thanks for reaching out to Groupon. This customer placed two orders for multiple goods items under two different email accounts which has likely caused much of this confusion. Our terms of service advise that customers are only allowed one account. The below email was sent to Ms. Reed and specifies the purchases and how to obtain a refund for the items that are refund-eligible. These refunds will need to be made under each of the two email addresses Ms. Reed used to make these purchases. These items are sold and fulfilled by third-party vendors and each refund needs to be generated through the purchase so the proper return label can be produced.
