This company charged my bank credit card on behalf of Motel6 Bakersfield south on 2/15/2024 without my authorization fraudulently. To which I had no knowledge that existed. Resolution Sought For this business to simply returned the charge,

Thanks for reaching out to Groupon on this matter. It appears the customer is alleging their credit card was used fraudulently to make a purchase. The customer should contact their bank or file a police report so they can review the matter and take any necessary actions. In my review, the hotel reservation was made using the customer's same email address as listed in this complaint, and the reservation was made using the customer's same name as listed in this complaint. This is not typically indicative of fraud, but again the bank or the police are in the best position to review and investigate this matter and Groupon will certainly cooperate with that review or investigation.

I bought a Groupon and never received the service. When I contacted Groupon I was told to prove that I didn't receive the service. I explained to them that I couldn't do that because I can't get in touch with the company that they provided to me to give me that service. I tried contacting the credit card company which is Capital One and they refused to help me in this regard. They said that there was a disconnect between the provider and Groupon and they couldn't get involved in it. Groupon refuses to get involved. I asked them to call the number of the provider that they gave me. They never responded to that they said they would upgrade this to a the next level but I never received anything in that regard. I don't know where to go from here I can't get help from anyone to resolve this issue. The company that did not provide the service according to groupon is top-notch shine mobile detailing. They don't respond to any phone calls. Their phone number is 559-380-8189. Groupon and Capital One are telling me I have to prove I didn't get the service. How do I do that? Shouldn't it be them asking the service provider to prove that they provided the service? Any help you can give me in this regard would be really appreciated. Resolution Sought Refund my money or provide the service.
