I drove a half hour each way two times and the office was closed.
I set an appointment TWICE to have some tax work done. Was given a text confirmation for both appointments. I drove a half hour each way both times and the office was closed. If I could give less than a 1 star rating I would.

Not opened year round like they claim!!
H & R block claims to be open year round but its not. be open year round. Be open year round.
