I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Hamgo Corporation. I ordered a gift for my grandchild online and it was less expensive than anyplace I could find it elsewhere. The tracking number provided by the company enabled me to stay posted on the shipping process. When I was notified that it had been delivered, but I had not received it, I called the company. They immediately shipped another item and I received it within 3 days. I then received the original package from a neighbor. It turns out the post office had mistakenly delivered it to the wrong house and the people dropped it off at my house. The company's replacement package arrived before the original could be dropped off by the neighbor. I will shop Hamgo first in the future!!!

This company sells electronic gaming equipment and accessories via internet sales. All items purchased carry a 15 day return policy guarantee from the day it was received, and a 20% restocking fee for all cancellations and returned items. The company imposes a 20% re-stocking fee on all Nintendo Wii consoles, Nintendo Wii Games and Apple iPhone orders, with no refunds on shipping costs.The Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Rule allows the seller 30 days to ship ordered products to the buyer unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. If the seller cannot ship within the 30 day period, they are required to notify the buyer in writing of the delay, and give the option of waiting, or having their money returned within seven days. Credit card payments must be credited within one billing cycle. Merchants who violate the Rule can be sued by the FTC for injunctive relief, monetary civil penalties of up to $11,000 per violation (any time during the five years preceding the filing of the complaint), and consumer redress (any time during the three years preceding the filing of the complaint). When the mails are involved, the Postal Service also has authority to take action for problems such as non-delivery. State law enforcement agencies can take action for violating state consumer protection laws.
