DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I REPEAT DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HAWTHORNE AUTO SQUARE. In the beginning they present themselves to be honest, trustworthy, and a dependable business you can get into a business relationship with. All that will change the moment you put your money down, sign the contract, and drive off the lot. I decided to purchase a car from them because I didn't want another thirty thousand or a forty thousand dollar contract. I wanted something quick to pay off but didn't have enough to buy a car in full. Two weeks after I purchase the car I started having engine problems. I took it back to the dealership , they were very rude and told me that it's a used car as is with no warranty. I've had the car for over a year and have made steady payments and my car has been in the shop over 13 times. There is always something wrong with this car from the transmission, from the motor mounts, from the electronic problems the radio stopped working the AC stopped working the doors won't lock or unlock the trunk doesn't open the seat won't move forward there has just been a plethora of problems since I purchased this car. I know two other people that purchased a car from this place and cars are having similar issues. They will sell you a car that is breaking down and make it appear like it's reliable in the beginning they also advertise that they report to the credit bureau they do not they only report the moment your car is reposed or you stop making payments.
