Unethical Business Practices!

Your Colton location is sneaking in worker's compensation claimants and trying to give their in house interpreter to cover the appointment. They should allow the claimant to wait for their assigned interpreter if they arrive too early. It's not ethical or good business practice. Have good business practice and be ethical!
