On 2/11/2020 Heaney's plumber, Cecil, removed and installed a new kitchen faucet because of a leak in the old faucet. I paid $375 for parts and labor. On 2/15/2020 the faucet started a banging noise when I attempted to use the new faucet and started leaking water again in the cabinet and in my basement. I contracted the company on 2/16 and 2/17 to resolve the problem. They have refused to correct the problem unless I pay them another $200. This company said my pipes was the problem! Resolution Sought Make the repair for which I initially contacted them for—stopping the leak and stop the banging noise every time I attempt to use my new faucet which did not occur until their plumber "worked on the leak."

Company states: We have fixed her leak and she is completely satisfied. Unfortunately we were not given the opportunity to resolve this before she filed the complaint, she never reached out to us to let us know she had an issue. We want to provide our customer full satisfaction and we are glad we were able to resolve her issue, she even called us to thank us for our assistance.

I reached out to the company twice before your communication to them of my complaint about their work. They contacted me and sent their employee out to correct my issue.
