Horrible Customer Service and Payroll Management.

I would strongly recommend against using Heartland Ovation paryoll services. I have had the most horrific experience working with them. As a small business owner, I was very happy with the services when it was just Ovation. However, once they were acquired by Heartland, it became a nightmare. They forgot to run my payroll twice. When they did finally run it, they made errors to the tune of over $1300.00. It has now been over 60 days and I have yet to receive a refund for the additional funds they withdrew from my account without my consent. They also over-billed me for payroll services when they ran my payroll twice in one month, due to their error. My phone calls and e-mails have largely been ignored and I have yet to receive any resolution or refund, even though I have written communication acknowledging their errors. I am now planning on seeking legal action to address this situation.
