I have been dealing with HOA Specialist's Construction Services for about 10 years. He is very good. If things are not right, the owner is really good with sending a picture when something is done. If it is not to my liking, he takes care of it right away. He is great! I would not use this company this long and go elsewhere if he was no so great. I used him for a lot of my properties from janitorial to construction. I have recommended his services before.

You have to have to trust the vendor and they are my go to #1. I like the consistency of the work.

HOA Specialist's Construction Services did really well with pricing and quality of work. I had great feed back. The contact through email and text is outstanding. I have worked with them on four different properties since 2014. I like the consistency of the work. They follow up with pictures or videos when a project completed. You have to have to trust the vendor and they are my go to #1. I work with the owner and he is very nice and laid back. He is a good listener and has good customer service.
