I want Home Depot to treat all veterans the same.
I am a Vietnam veteran with 2 tours of duty. 5 years of service and holder of a bronze star. Home Depot now says I am not a qualified veteran because I didn't retire or am not disabled. But, they advertise veteran discounts!!! I say to you that am as much a veteran as anyone who lost a leg or arm, just luckier. I also want them to compensate me for the hurt done to me. Wasn't it enough that we got eggs and rock tossed at us when and if we made it home?

It put on record somewhere that they are fraudulent.
I purchased paint with a 10 rebate per can. I submitted 2 cans for 20 online to homedepotrebates.com on 9/8/19. After not receiving an email with the rebate I called back in November and was told it probably went to spam and they would resend in 10 days. After not receiving the 20 in an email I called again on 1/17/20 they again told me they would review and I should have an email in 10 days by 1/28/20. Again did not received and called 1/31/20. I spoke with 3 representatives that could only tell me they would put it up for review again and I would have to wait 10 more days. I asked they to forward the emails they felt they sent me and we could resolve it today. They refused. They told me their company name was Black House Services and refused to give me an address after 1.5 hours on the phone. I then went online to chat with that customer service rep. Again they refused to give me a company name and address. Thankfully Home Depots customer service took care of me. This is just wrong. I would like to make a formal complaint against homedepotrebates.com. Frustrated,
