Purchase 6 windows and 2 doors on 1/24/2019.I have called and left messages 8 to 10 times. I need 2 screens replaced and the front door latch will not open. This is a fire hazard if I can't get out. Please text or call me back. Resolution Sought 2 new screens and the front door latch replaced.

Company emailed: He has rust inside of his door hardware. Jaime lubricated the mechanism to make it operable. It works now. // Screens are new to his last complaint. I will call today and provide him with the flex screen link. He will probably ask us to do it on his behalf I think we should attempt to do this for them but at a charge because it is a time-consuming process the screens must be registered in the allotted time after install. If not, they are not warrantied and end up paying. I have only done it once before, but the good news is they get delivered directly to the H/O

Signed contract to have windows and sliding glass door replacement/upgrade, I have had the work partially completed. Multiple calls made to get screens for my windows as they were installed without them and sliding glass door frames that were placed are incorrect and not what was ordered. I'm currently paying yet tho e work is incomplete and there is damage to the framing of my home from installation which was supposed to be fixed, yet after 3 different services calls no work has been completed, the worker comes and says we have an issue but they do not have the correct items to complete and someone else will be out. No one has come back and now no one from the company is returning phone calls. Resolution Sought I want the work completed per contract as it was ordered and being paid for which includes: proper frames with screens for the sliding glass doors , as well as, the damages fixed from installation as promised. Otherwise, I will be forced to seek legal consultation for failure to meet contractual obligations.
