Whoever they sent didn't have a clue on how to put up an exit sign

We hired an electrician through Angi and whoever they sent didn't have a clue on how to put up an exit sign at the restaurant we are planning on opening. Bought some heavy gauge wire among other pricey parts that l am having to take apart because l didn't pass code. Most of the parts l can't take back to the store because they have been used. They did do a refund, but am out of $5000 on parts and loss of revenue. A lot of agravation!

Let the employee know this isn't good for business.

I am a small business owner in Louisville, KY. I received a call from a sales consultant for Home Advisor with the agreement to sign up with Home Advisor in attempt to grow my business. Given the time and with further consideration, I decided I did not need their services for my business at this time. Upon cancelling with the nice sales consultant I spoke to just earlier on the phone although this time he didn't let me cancel with ease in attempts to humiliate me as a business owner. Very unprofessional and gives the company a bad name in itself.
